4. Booking and Payments

When you book a shipment slot, you agree to pay the amount displayed at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of the individual shipment provider.

5. Shipment Providers

Parcsal acts as a marketplace connecting customers with shipment providers. We are not responsible for the actual transportation of goods. Shipment providers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their services
• Fulfilling bookings in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining appropriate insurance coverage
• Handling any claims or disputes related to their services

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by shipment provider and booking status. Please review the specific terms before booking. Refund processing times may vary based on your payment method.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Parcsal or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Parcsal.
